"The first you notice about Centerframe is that they care about films. And that they know what it takes to make one. From day one, I've felt nothing but support and understanding from a group of people who are determined to help me make the best film I can, without compromises and corner cutting. They kept their promises, and the only downside of that is that now I feel even more responsible for living up to mine, and delivering a film worthy of the Centerframe experience. "

GET IT MADE | FINALIST
Amina Khan
FOUNDER-DIRECTOR, CINEKHAN LIMITED
"I found the Get it Made UK Edition to be a fantastic event, led by a team of passionate visionaries. It brought me into contact with an interdisciplinary and multicultural group of aspiring and established filmmakers working in the UK whose creative goals aligned instantly with mine. I led three pitches out of the final 30 submissions as Producer and really enjoyed the collaborative team spirit and professional work ethic of the Directors and Writers who became part of my team. I look forward to continuing my engagement with the Centerframe Community in 2023 including hosting the Get it Made Pakistan Edition, based on the success of the event at BAFTA and the relationships I formed since then!"

BAILEY TOM BAILEY

"CenterFrame's Get It Made was a really exciting opportunity to meet a broad group of writers, directors, producers and peers, all working towards getting something made.
Several conversations about future projects have begun as a direct result of the competition."

GET IT MADE | WINNER
LORNA Riley
WRITER
"Entering CenterFrame’s Get It Made competition was an incredible experience. I wasn’t even expecting to be shortlisted, so to say I am in shock at having come second is an understatement!
CenterFrame pulled together such a brilliant event at BAFTA, where all the shortlisted writers, directors & producers were able to set up meetings as well as mingle in the bar and form their teams. And once we were in our teams, they were there to support and respond to questions the whole way through.
Before I entered Get It Made, I had a very limited network. Not anymore. The funding for my short film is the icing on the cake."

GET IT MADE | WINNER
Christopher Buckley
WRITER
"The GET IT MADE Competition has been a wonderful career-changing event! Not only has it helped me learn all the ins and outs of constructing pitches for projects, but I've met a whole new community of talented, supportive and brilliant filmmakers whose work and passion have inspired me to push myself further on my journey as a writer. With CenterFrame's support behind us, Bailey, Marek and I can't wait to show you our piece 'Satisfaction'."
